  • 1 lasagna pasta pack
  • 3 yellow onion
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1 carrot
  • 600 g of ground beef
  • 800 g of tomato puree
  • 15 cl of water
  • 20 cl of red wine
  • 2 Bay leaf
  • Thyme
  • Basil
  • 3 pinch of grated nutmeg
  • 70 g grated cheese
  • 125 g of Parmesan cheese

For bechamel sauce:

  • 100 g flour
  • 100 g of sweet butter
  • 1 l of milk

For the topping:

  • 25 g of sweet butter

  • Preparation

    Cooking time: 1h30

    1. Step 1

      Mince the onions. Crush the garlic cloves. Finely chop carrot and celery. 

      Sauté cloves of garlic and onions in a little olive oil.

      Add carrot and chopped celery
