  • 1 celeriac
  • 25 g of mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon of basil(optional)
  • 1 pickled julienne (optional)
  • 2 tablespoon of capers
  • Pepper
  • Salt

    Cooking time: 6 min
    1. Step 1

      Blanch celery in salted boiling water for 6 minutes or longer. Remove the celery root, peel it and cut into thin julienne.
    2. 2nd step

      Put the celeriac in a bowl with the other ingredients. Mix and adjust the seasoning.
    3. Step 3

      Serve on a salad of your choice (lettuce, lamb's lettuce, endive , etc.) and accompany with Italian salami, according to your taste.
