Rice with tuna and tomato :

  • 120 g of rice
  • 1 tomato
  • 20 cl of tomato sauce (1 small pot)
  • 150 g tuna
  • 5 cl of red wine
  • 50 grated gruyere
  • Basil
  • Herbs of Provence

    Cooking time: 25 min
    1. Step 1

      Cut the tomato into small pieces and remove the seeds.
    2. 2nd step

      Cook the rice with the tomato pieces steamed (in the basket of the pressure cooker ).
    3. Step 3

      In a skillet, stir tuna and tomato sauce over low heat.
    4. Step 4

      Add the rice and tomato pieces to the pan. Mix well. Add the wine and mix well.
    5. Step 5

      Add grated gruyere (according to the taste of each, it is for the cohesion of the dish). Mix well to distribute Gruyère cheese.
    6. Step 6

      Add basil and herbes de Provence. Mix. Simmer another 1 min. Serve hot.
