- 120 g of rice
- 1 tomato
- 20 cl of tomato sauce (1 small pot)
- 150 g tuna
- 5 cl of red wine
- 50 grated gruyere
- Basil
- Herbs of Provence

Cut the tomato into small pieces and remove the seeds.2nd step
Cook the rice with the tomato pieces steamed (in the basket of the pressure cooker ).Step 3
In a skillet, stir tuna and tomato sauce over low heat.Step 4
Add the rice and tomato pieces to the pan. Mix well. Add the wine and mix well.Step 5
Add grated gruyere (according to the taste of each, it is for the cohesion of the dish). Mix well to distribute Gruyère cheese.Step 6
Add basil and herbes de Provence. Mix. Simmer another 1 min. Serve hot.
