Roast veal in mushroom casserole :

Ingredients

  • 1 roasted veal from 1 to 1.2 kg
  • 40 g of butter
  • 1 onion
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • 6 teaspoon of veal stock
  • 1 glass of white wine(about 20 cl)
  • 1 tablespoon of Provence herbs
  • 1 tablespoon of basil
  • 500 g fresh mushroom
  • Preparation

    TOTAL TIME: 50 MIN
    Preparation: 20 min
    Cooking time: 30 min
    1. Step 1

      Melt the butter in a pressure cooker , brown the roast on all sides, then add the chopped onion , salt and pepper .
    2. 2nd step

      Mix in a bowl the veal stock, the herbs, the basil , the white wine and 1 glass of water. Pour this mixture into the pan, and the mushrooms washed and quartered and stir.
    3. Step 3

      Close the casserole and let whisper about 30 minutes per kg.
    4. Step 4

      This recipe is as delicious as it is fast!
