  • 4 teaspoon of mustard
  • 1 canned tuna
  • 4 tomato
  • 200 g of mozzarella
  • 2 egg
  • 15 cl of cream (preferably semi-thick)
  • 1 tablespoon of flour
  • Basil
  • Parsley
  • Pepper
  • Salt

    Cooking time: 40 min
    1. Step 1

      Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (thermostat 6-7).
    2. 2nd step

      Roll out the pastry in a buttered pie pan and tip the bottom with a fork.
    3. Step 3

      Spread the mustard on the pie shell and crumble the tuna over it.
    4. Step 4

      Then cover diced tomatoes , then mozzarella also cut into small cubes.

      In a bowl, beat the eggs with the crème fraiche, then add the tablespoon of flour which must be diluted; add salt and pepper.

      Pour this mixture over the pie, then sprinkle with basil and parsley .

      Bake the pie for about 40 minutes.

    Author's note

    This pie is delicious with a good green salad. As for the mustard, I use old-fashioned mustard sweet enough not to alter the taste of other ingredients. Anyway, I'll give you one of my favorite recipes. Enjoy your meal!!!
