3 beets

200 g fresh goat cheese

200 g cottage cheese

12 bouquets of lamb's lettuce

2 tablespoons olive oil

Chopped basil

12 aperitif cookies

Step 1
Cut the beets into small cubes.
Step 2
Place a layer of diced beets at the bottom of the vodka glass.
Step 3
Add a little chopped basil to the beets.
Step 4
In a bowl, mix the fresh goat cheese with the olive oil and cottage cheese.
Step 5
Put a little of this sauce on the basil in the verrines.
Step 6
Add a small bouquet of lamb's lettuce on top and plant a cookie stick to complete the decoration.
Step 7
Serve with mocha or plastic spoons at aperitif time.
Author's note
These verrines are very easy to make and very presentable. If necessary, goat cheese can be replaced by another fresh cheese.
