1/2 potimarron

5 tablespoons garlic and herbs cheese

1 bunch of parsley

Preparation: 30 min
Cooking time: 15 min
Step 1
Cook the pumpkin in the pan for 20 minutes, taking care to cut it into quarters beforehand.
Step 2
A tip to put bacon and garlic in the cooking water, it will give a smoky taste to the pumpkin.
Step 3
When it is cooked, remove the skin, mix it with a very small amount of cooking water and 1 tablespoon of cream, then place it at the bottom of the glasses.
Step 4
Mix 5 tablespoons of ai cheese and herbs with 3 tablespoons of crème fraîche, pressed garlic, parsley and basil, and add this mixture to the top of your verrines.
Author's note
To make the verrines a little more seasonal, add cooked chestnuts on top.
