4 extra thin chicken (or turkey) cutlets

1 bread crumb

2 plain yoghurts

1 clove garlic, crushed

1 tablespoon thyme

1 tablespoon basil

1 tablespoon oregano

Step 1
Cut the cutlets into 3 to 4 cm pieces.
Step 2
In the soup plate containing the breadcrumbs add the crushed garlic and herbs. Mix well.
Step 3
In a bowl, empty the yogurt, season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Coat an ovenproof plate with a little sunflower oil.
Step 5
Coat the chicken pieces with yoghurt and then pass through the herb breadcrumbs. Then place them on the oiled plate.
Step 6
Place in the oven at medium temperature (about 180°C) until they are lightly toasted (about 20 to 25 minutes).
Author's note
You can sprinkle with lemon juice just before serving. It's a very light dish, good for a diet and it's excellent too!
