6 potatoes

6 chicken legs

6 carrots

40 cl water

1 cube of chicken broth

1 onion

1 branch of laurel

1 sprig of thyme

1 tablespoon curry powder

1 sprig of parsley

1 sprig of basil

1 pinch of salt

1 pinch of pepper

Cooking time: 25 min 
Step 1 
Peel, dice and slice your potatoes and carrots. 
Step 2 
Prepare your chicken broth with 40 cl of water. 
Step 3 
Slice the onions and blanch them with a little olive oil. 
Step 4 
Then, season your chicken thighs with salt and pepper and sear them on each side in the casserole dish. 
Step 5 
Add your chicken broth, carrots and potatoes. 
Step 6 
Add some spices: curry, bay leaf, thyme, salt, pepper, garlic, basil, parsley. 
Step 7 
Close the casserole dish.  As soon as the steam escapes, lower the heat and cook for 18 minutes. 

I add my grain of salt
