150 g chorizo cheese

130 g fresh goat cheese (or other fresh cheese of your choice)

3 tablespoons of tomato sauce

1 tablespoon tomato paste

10 leaves of chopped basil

1 pinch of chilli or paprika

Step 1
First remove the skin from the chorizo and then cut it into slices.
Step 2
Then, mix the chorizo with the cream cheese, concentrate and tomato sauce.
Step 3
Then add the basil, chili pepper and mix well.
Step 4
Keep in a cool place before serving.
Step 5
