4 zucchini

1 Kub Gold broth

1 jar of Saint Agur

1 onion

Garlic

shallot

Basil

Olive oil

Preparation: 10 min
Cooking time: 15 min
Step 1
Wash the courgettes and dice them.
Step 2
Fry them over high heat in olive oil with onion, garlic, shallot and basil.
Step 3
Cover with water.
Step 4
Add the Kub Gold.
Step 5
Close the casserole and cook for about 15 minutes.
Step 6
Put everything in the blender (remove water if necessary so that it is not too liquid).
Step 7
Add the Saint-Agur cream to taste.
Step 8
Serve hot.
Author's note
Personally, I always have chopped onions, chopped garlic and shallot and basil in the freezer. It's so much easier than with fresh food (you don't have to do the chore of peeling and cutting) and makes it possible to make quick recipes. What a time saver!
