1 pâtisson

1 l water

2 cubes of chicken broth

410 g unsweetened condensed milk

2 pinches of nutmeg

Parsley

Basil

Pepper

Preparation: 20 min
Cooking time: 20 min
Step 1
Wash, then cut the pastry into cubes and peel them.
Step 2
Place the pastry cubes in a large saucepan with the water and 2 cubes of chicken broth. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 20 minutes (the pastry cubes must be very tender).
Step 3
Remove from the heat and add the condensed milk, nutmeg and herbs to the pan. Mix it all finely (with a hand blender). Check the seasoning. Serve hot.
Step 4
You can add some garlic croutons and cubes of Roquefort to the plates.
