For the pizza dough:

  • 300 g flour
  • 1 big pinch of salt
  • 4 olive oil
  • 20 yeast baker's yeast
  • 15 cl lukewarm water

For the tomato sauce:

  • 200 g mushroom of Paris
  • 500 g tomato
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

For garnish :

  • 2 slice of ham from Paris
  • 12 black olives
  • 1 mozzarella ball
  • 1 sprig of basil
  • Oregano
  • 2 olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Preparation

    Cooking time: 25 min
    1. Step 1

      Mix the flour, yeast, salt and oil in a large bowl.
    2. 2nd step

      Add the yeast dissolved in 15 cl of warm water. Knead for 5 minutes until a smooth paste is obtained. Cover the bowl with a cloth and let the dough rest for 45 minutes, it should double in size.
    3. Step 3

      Dab the tomatoes for 20 seconds, immerse them in cold water, remove the skin, the seeds and finely chop the pulp.
    4. Step 4

      In a non-stick frying pan heat a tablespoon of olive oil, brown the garlic and onion, add the tomatoes in pieces, reduce to medium heat, salt, pepper, add the oregano.

      Prepare the mushrooms , cut them into slices, the ham into small squares, the mozzarella into thin slices.

      Preheat oven to thermostat 8 (240 ° C). Spread the pizza dough on a floured board, shape it into a disc shape. Oil a baking sheet, place the dough on the baking sheet. Lightly oil the dough, spread the tomato sauce .

      Garnish with ham, mushrooms, salt, pepper, spread the slices of mozzarella, olives and sprinkle with remaining olive oil.
