300 g round rice

1 l vegetable stock

2 courgettes

1 onion

100 g chorizo

3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

Basil

Parsley

Oregano

Pepper

Salt

Oil

Preparation

Preparation: 15 min
Cooking time: 45 min
Step 1
In a skillet, sauté the onions and zucchini.
Step 2
Add the rice, and wait until it becomes translucent.
Step 3
Pour the broth little by little, while stirring regularly.
Step 4
When the rice is almost cooked, add the chorizo, spices and parmesan cheese.
Step 5
Leave to cook for a few more minutes over low heat.
Author's note
The chorizo pleasantly awakens the neutral taste of the zucchini.
