750 g fruit (apricots, peaches, nectarines, plums)

4 dry biscuits

3 egg yolks

1 teaspoon cornstarch

25 cl milk

80 g sugar

6 sprigs of basil

20 g butter

Cooking time: 10 min
Step 1
Wash the fruit and cut it into quarters. Fry them in a frying pan with butter for about 2 minutes.
Step 2
Sprinkle with 20 g of butter. Sprinkle with 20 g of sugar and cook for another 2 minutes.
Step 3
Drain the fruit, place it in a gratin dish. Cover with the coarsely crushed cookies and cover them with basil.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to thermostat 8 (230°C).
Step 5
Whisk the yolks with 60 g of sugar. Add the cornstarch and dilute with the hot milk. Let thicken for 1 minute over low heat while turning. Pour this cream over the fruits and bake them for 5 minutes in the oven.
Step 6
Enjoy warm.
