Step 1
Finely chop the tomatoes and apple into small cubes.
Step 2
Put them in a bowl with olive oil and basil.
Step 3
Be careful to coat the apples well with olive oil, so that they do not turn black (add olive oil, if necessary).

Marinate in the fridge for 2 hours.
Step 5
Place a teaspoon of pesto at the bottom of each glass, and then fill the glass with the tomato / apple / olive oil / basil preparation.
