Tuna pasta gratin with tomato sauce :

500 g pasta (penne, farfalle...)

400 g tuna in the wild

700 g tomato sauce

200 g grated gruyère cheese

10 cl of fresh cream

Basil

Parsley

Garlic

Pepper

Salt

Cooking time: 20 min
Step 1
Cook the pasta al dente in a large volume of salted water.
Step 2
During this cooking, in a saucepan, heat the coulis over low heat with the herbs (fresh if you have, if not dried), salt and pepper.
Step 3
When the pasta is cooked, drain it.
Step 4
In a gratin dish, put half of the pasta with half of the sauce and a layer of cream.
Step 5
Crumble the tuna on a layer.
Step 6
Put the rest of the pasta and sauce in.
Step 7
Finish with a layer of grated Gruyère cheese.
Step 8
Put in the oven for 20 min (200°C, thermostat 7). Brown on the grill if necessary.

[Author's note: indeed, it is better to put 20 cl of cream, so the gratin is better]
