Vegetable Pasta :

800 g pasta

1 onion

1 clove of garlic

1 medium tomato

Red and green pepper (pieces)

1 zucchini

1 carrot

2 medium fresh white mushrooms

Dehydrated basil

spices special mixture dehydrated pasta

Tomato sauce cooked with vegetables (optional)

Step 1
Peel the onion and chop it, cut thin strips of red and green peppers. Peel the garlic and cut it finely. Peel the zucchini and cut it into thin slices or small cubes. Do the same with the carrot. Peel the mushrooms and cut them into strips. Boil water and plunge the tomato for 1 minute after making a preliminary incision at its base in a cross, put it under cold water, do not throw the water away and plunge the carrots and cook for 2 minutes. Now the tomato skin must come off! Cut the tomato into quarters and seed it. Most of the recipe is done.
Step 2
While the pasta is cooking, sauté the onion and peppers in olive oil, then add the tomato, garlic and basil. Add the cooked carrot cubes and the zucchini cubes and mushroom strips. Add tomato sauce if desired and add the special dehydrated paste mixture. Adjust the salt and pepper seasoning and add the pasta, mix it up and it's ready!!!! Serve with grated cheese or Parmesan cheese
