1 duck

1 can peeled tomato

1 box of mushrooms

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons dehydrated garlic

40 cl white wine

1 bunch of basil

Salt

Pepper
Preparation

Preparation: 10 min
Cooking time: 2 h
Step 1
Sauté the onion cut into small pieces in a casserole dish with olive oil.
Step 2
Put the duck in and brown it on all sides.
Step 3
Add the white wine glass, peeled tomatoes, garlic, basil and mushrooms.
Step 4
Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Cover and simmer over low heat for about 2 hours (depending on the size of the duck).
Step 6
Serve with rice.
