Wild rice salad with tuna :

100 g wild rice (also called "3 rice")

1 large can of tuna in its natural state

1 medium can of corn

1/2 onion

2 cloves of garlic

3 pickles

4 surimi
For seasoning:

2 yoghurts brewed with 0% fat

1 teaspoon of mustard

3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

Garlic powder

Herbs of Provence

Basil

Aromate

Pepper

Salt

Sweet soy sauce (optional)

Step 1
Cook the rice a little crunchy, drain it and pour it into a bowl.
Step 2
Finely crumble the tuna, add the corn, finely chop the onion, chop the garlic cloves, slice the pickles and surimi.
Step 3
Pour everything into the bowl.
Step 4
Prepare the seasoning, adjust it if necessary and season with it to your taste and mix it all together.
