4 zucchini

2 jars of ricotta cheese (2 x 200 g)

Bacon (150/200 g)

Onion

Basil

Olive oil

Parmesan cheese

Cooking time: 35 min
Step 1
Brown the bacon in a non-stick frying pan.
Step 2
Cut the courgettes in half lengthwise. Hollow them out.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Step 4
Mix ricotta, olive oil, bacon, basil, onion.
Step 5
Stuff the courgettes with this preparation. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Step 6
Put the courgettes in the oven for 35 minutes on Th 7.

Serve with white rice sprinkled with olive oil.
