Cake with zucchini and tuna :

180 g flour

3 eggs

1 zucchini

10 black olives

100 g tuna in the wild

1 sachet of baking powder

2 tablespoons olive oil

100 g thick fresh cream

2 sprigs of basil

Salt

Pepper

Preparation

Preparation: 30 min
Cooking time: 45 min
Step 1
Preheat the oven to thermostat 5 (150°C).
Step 2
Crumble the tuna, cut the olives into pieces and chop the basil. Grate the zucchini without peeling it.
Step 3
Mix the flour, yeast, salt and pepper in a bowl. Add the whole eggs, oil and cream. Mix well, then add the courgette, tuna, olives and basil.
Step 4
Pour into a cake pan and bake for 45 minutes. Cover with aluminum foil if the cake gets too colorful.
Step 5
Enjoy warm or cold.
Author's note
You can freeze slices, which you can heat in the oven or microwave.
