250 g melon (fairly ripe if possible)

3 scalded tomatoes, skinless and seedless

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

2 tablespoons olive oil

8 basil leaves

Salt and a lot of ground pepper

Preparation: 15 min
Step 1
Dice melon and tomatoes.
Step 2
Mix everything with vinegar, oil and basil leaves.
Step 3
Add salt and pepper.
Step 4
It's ready! It's ready!
Step 5
Prepare no more than two hours in advance and leave in the fridge before serving chilled.
Author's note
If it is prepared too early, the taste of the melon is too strong and masks the taste of the tomatoes.
