Feta cheese and basil cake :

200 g flour

3 eggs

10 cl of milk

5 cl olive oil

200 g feta cheese cut into pieces (one jar or a whole can)

Basil you want (fresh or ready)

1/2 sachet of baking powder

12 cherry tomatoes

Preparation

Preparation: 10 min
Cooking time: 35 min
Step 1
Put on your most beautiful apron... then put the oven to heat on thermostat 7.
Step 2
Heat the milk, butter a cake dish, sprinkle it with flour.
Step 3
In a bowl, pour the flour, baking powder, olive oil, mix, add the eggs and hot milk. Mix well.
Step 4
Sprinkle the preparation with as much basil as you like, season with salt and pepper in the mill. Add the feta cheese pieces and quartered cherry tomatoes.
Step 5
Mix well without breaking the cheese pieces.
Step 6
Bake for about 35 minutes at thermostat 5 (the blade of a knife should come out dry).
Step 7
Let cool and place in a cake dish.

This cake can be used as a starter or main course, or as an aperitif when cut into pieces.
