500 g of white fish (whiting, cod, St Pierre, sole...)

30 g butter

1 lemon

Paprika

Pepper

Salt

Basil or parsley

TOTAL TIME: 11 MIN

Cooking time: 8 min
Step 1
Melt the butter for 1 min 30 at maximum power.
Step 2
Meanwhile, place the fillets in a microwave-safe dish and sprinkle them with the ciron juice.
Step 3
Pour in the melted butter, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle generously with paprika.
Step 4
Cover the dish with stretch film and drill a few holes with a sharp knife.
Step 5
Bake for 8 minutes at maximum power.
Step 6
Remove the film, serve with rice, gratin or vegetables. You can tell me about it!
Author's note
You will probably find that 30g of butter is a lot, but don't reduce the dose otherwise your fish will be too dry.
