1 kiwi

1 banana

1 ginger (1 to 3 cm)

2 handfuls of spinach (can be replaced by a mixture of arugula, lamb's lettuce, etc.)

5 basil leaves

20 cl almond milk (can be replaced by normal milk or soya, rice, etc.)

Sprouted seed (optional)

Step 1
Cut bananas, kiwi, ginger and insert them into your blender. Mix a first time. Add the basil and remix.
Step 2
Add the shoots and 20 cl of almond milk. Mix it all together for a few minutes and enjoy!

Very popular in the United States for its nutritional quality, this smoothie is perfect for breakfast or as a snack. It can also be consumed throughout the day. Prepare it in the morning, and take it with you to work!
