6 slices of compact sandwich country bread

8 ripe tomatoes

2 chavignol droppings

Herbs of Provence

4 basil leaves



1/2 teaspoon tabasco

4 tablespoons of olive oil

3 cloves of garlic

Cooking time: 5 min
Step 1
Toast the bread slices so that they are golden brown. Rub the garlic cloves on the bread.
Step 2
Let stand at room temperature.
Step 3
Peel the tomatoes, remove the seeds and cut them into large wedges.
Step 4
Put the tomato wedges in a bowl and add a generous pinch of herbes de provence, salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5
Add olive oil and tabasco to this preparation.
Step 6
Stir gently and let stand 20 minutes in the fridge.
Step 7
Cut the basil leaves into thin strips and add them.
Step 8
Meanwhile, cut the cheeses into 3 slices widthwise. Preheat the oven to grill position + rotating heat.
Step 9
Remove the bowl from the fridge.
Step 10
Gently stir the preparation.

Place a sheet of parchment paper on an ovenproof baking sheet.

Place the bread slices on top.

Put for each slice of bread: a layer of preparation, two slices of manure, salt and pepper. Drizzle each slice with a small dash of olive oil.
Step 14
Once the plate is ready, put it in the oven.
Step 15
Watch the cooking and do not take the plate out of the oven as soon as the cheese starts to melt well.
Step 16
Serve hot.
