500 g ground meat

1 onion

1 clove of garlic

2 g tomato puree

60 cl of liquid fresh cream

Basil

Pepper

Salt

Preparation

Preparation: 20 min
Cooking time: 1 h
Step 1
Mince the garlic and onions, fry them in olive oil. Add the minced meat and mix everything together.
Step 2
Do not wait until the meat is cooked before adding the tomato paste.
Step 3
(Possible to replace a brick of tomato paste with peeled tomatoes or 3 real tomatoes).
Step 4
Season with salt, pepper, add the basil and simmer over low heat.
Step 5
Put a layer of lasagne on the bottom of the dish, cover with liquid crème fraiche, then with meat and its sauce. Repeat the operation until the top of the dish.
Step 6
Sprinkle with parmesan or gruyère cheese, as desired.
Step 7
Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (thermostat 5-6) for 1 hour.
Step 8
Preparing in advance, and warming up, is really better.
