12 sheets of lasagne

500 g sausage meat

40 cl vegetable stock

40 cl of liquid fresh cream

5 tomatoes or 60 cl of tomato sauce

1 small can of mushrooms, minced

150 g grated Gruyère cheese

1/2 brick of goat cheese

Preparation

Preparation: 40 min
Cooking time: 30 min
Step 1
Make a tomato sauce with fresh tomatoes, garlic, onion and basil or canned or ready-made tomato sauce.
Step 2
Melt a square of vegetable stock in 40 cl of water. Allow to cool.
Step 3
Cook the sausage meat with garlic, onion and chop it coarsely.
Step 4
Book.

Mix the sausage meat with the tomato sauce, add a few canned mushrooms.

Simmer for 5 minutes.

Mix the fresh cream with the cooled vegetable stock.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6)

Mount the lasagna:

Start by pouring a little broth/cream mixture, put 4 raw lasagna leaves, cover with a little gruyère and thin slices of goat cheese, put tomato sauce, then 4 lasagna leaves, then again gruyère and goat cheese and repeat the operation with gruyère broth/cream, lasagna then finish with tomato sauce and cover with grated gruyère.

Put in the oven for 30 minutes.

To check the cooking, put the tip of a knife in the dish to see if the lasagna is tender.
