2 trays of gnocchi from 250 to 300 g

30 cl whole liquid fresh cream

4 cl cognac

1 pinch garlic powder

3 basil leaves, chopped

1 pinch of black pepper

150 g smoked bacon

Grated Gruyère (to taste)

Preparation

Preparation: 10 min
Cooking time: 10 min
Step 1
Cook the gnocchi according to the manufacturer's preparation instructions.
Step 2
In a knob of butter with a drizzle of olive oil, sauté the bacon for about 3 minutes over high heat, then set aside in a hollow container.
Step 3
Deglaze with the 30 cl of liquid cream.
Step 4
Add the cognac, garlic powder, pepper, then let it thicken over low heat for about 5 min, then set aside in the same container as the bacon.
Step 5
Add a drizzle of olive oil and fry the gnocchi for 1 min.
