3 red peppers

1 shallot

2 cloves of garlic

6 basil leaves

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 tablespoons of fresh cheese

5 pinches of Espelette chilli pepper

1 pinch of salt

1 pinch of pepper

Preparation

Preparation: 15 min
Step 1
Put the whole peppers in a preheated oven at 200°C (th 6-7) for 30 minutes. Peel them and seed them. Drain in a Chinese.
Step 2
Mix with shallot, garlic, basil, olive oil, fromage frais, chilli, salt and pepper.
Step 3
Set aside 2 hours in the fridge before serving with toast or breadsticks.

The fresher the better! Pleasant in summer time, good appetite:)
