Pumpkin and zucchini lasagna :

6 lasagna sheets

2 courgettes

Pumpkin (weight equal to courgettes)

75 g ham

20 cl of tomato sauce

50 g Gruyère or Parmesan cheese

1 clove of garlic

basil leaf

Salt

Pepper

Olive or nut oil

Preparation

Cooking time: 30 min
Step 1
Rapez courgettes and pumpkin (in fact, it's to give a nice mix of color).
Step 2
Fry them in oil with garlic, basil, salt and pepper.
Step 3
At the end add the diced ham (otherwise they will dry out).
Step 4
In a large dish, layer lasagna leaves and prepare (start and finish with the leaves).
Step 5
Cover with the tomato sauce that you will have previously stretched with water (the leaves will absorb it, they must be covered!).
Step 6
Grill in the oven for 30 minutes.
Author's note
If you notice that the gratin is browning a little too much, cover it with aluminum foil or only put it halfway through the cooking process.
