2 kg of ripe tomatoes

1 half glass of olive oil

5 cloves of garlic

1 large handful of basil

Pepper

1 onion

Cooking time: 2 h
Step 1
Grate your ripe tomatoes: the skin does not come so it saves time.
Step 2
Put the tomato and a piece of sugar in a saucepan and cook for 1 hour to thicken.
Step 3
In another saucepan, put the olive oil and melt an onion and then add the sauce.
Step 4
Mix together garlic, basil, olive oil and add to your preparation. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Simmer for another hour on low heat.
Step 6
Enjoy it cold with an eggplant or zucchini papeton.
