Tuna and tomato rice

Tuna and tomato rice :

120 g rice

1 tomato

20 cl tomato sauce (1 small jar)

150 g tuna

5 cl red wine

50 g grated gruyère cheese

Cooking time: 25 min
Step 1
Cut the tomato into small pieces and remove the seeds.
Step 2
Steam the rice with the tomato pieces (in the pressure cooker basket).
Step 3
In a frying pan, dilute the tuna and tomato sauce over low heat.
Step 4
Add the rice and tomato pieces to the pan. Mix well. Add the wine and mix well.
Step 5
Add grated gruyère cheese (to taste, it is for the cohesion of the dish). Mix well to distribute the Gruyère cheese.
Step 6
Add the basil and herbs of Provence. Mix. Simmer for another 1 minute. Serve hot.

Serve with a salad.
