1 wholemeal bread

1 small can of tuna in its natural state

Basil

Dried tomato
For the low-fat cottage cheese sauce:

100 g of 0% cottage cheese

Lemon Lemon

Preparation

Preparation: 5 min
Step 1
Prepare the cottage cheese sauce: beat the 0% beaten cottage cheese in a bowl with salt, pepper, basil and a few drops of lemon.
Step 2
Crumble the tuna, mix it with the cottage cheese sauce. Season with salt, pepper and re-basil.
Step 3
Cut some dried tomatoes into pieces, and add them to the preparation.
Step 4
Cut the bread roll without separating the two parts, spread generously with the mixture
Author's note
Possibility to make the sandwich with the light curry sauce (see on the website), but in this case, replace the dried tomatoes with raisins.
