Cooking time: 30 min
Step 1
Sauté the leeks (well washed and minced) with the piece of butter, then add the potatoes.
Step 2
Stir and add water and milk. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 1/2 hour.
Step 3
Mix the soup, then add the crème fraîche and chopped basil.
