Zucchini and feta pie :

1 roll of puff pastry

1 zucchini

2 onions

2 cloves of garlic

200 g feta cheese

2 tomatoes

150 ml light cream

100 ml milk

2 eggs

Grated Gruyère cheese

Basil

Pepper

Salt

Olive oil

Cooking time: 35 min
Step 1
Brown the chopped onions in the oil.
Step 2
Cut the zucchini into thin slices and add them to the onions, season with salt and pepper and simmer for a few moments. Then add the basil and garlic (both chopped).
Step 3
Spread the dough in a buttered mould.
Step 4
Beforehand, you must prick it with a fork and put this pricked side against the mould to prevent the edges of the pie from moving away once it has been baked.
Step 5
On the dough, put the zucchini, tomatoes and feta cheese cut into small cubes, then the mixture of beaten eggs, milk, sour cream, salt and pepper.
Step 6
Sprinkle with grated gruyère cheese and place in a hot oven (180°C) for 35 minutes.

You can add ham or bacon to this simple and spring recipe.
