5 portions of saithe

2 onions

1 red pepper

1 half yellow pepper

1 half of green pepper

1 sprig of parsley

2 tomatoes

2 garlic

1 can of tomato

Pepper

Salt

20 cl of fresh cream

50 g grated cheese

Basil

Herbs of Provence

Preparation

Preparation: 30 min
Cooking time: 20 min
Step 1
Cut the onions into thin slices.
Step 2
Cut the peppers into thin strips.
Step 3
Cut the tomatoes into small cubes and finely chop the garlic.
Step 4
Sauté everything in olive oil over medium heat.
Step 5
Add the spices, the tomato can, 10 cl of water and the crème fraîche. Cook over low heat until everything is cooked.
Step 6
Put the cod in an ovenproof dish.
Step 7
Cover with the sauce. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 180°C for 15 to 20 minutes.

Can be used with other firm-fleshed fish.
