Fresh tomato pasta :

3 ripe tomatoes

5 tablespoons of olive oil

Pepper

Salt

Basil

Herbs of Provence

Preparation: 10 min
Cooking time: 10 min
Step 1
Boil the tomatoes for 1 minute and peel them.
Step 2
Put the tomatoes in a blender to obtain a purée.
Step 3
Add olive oil, salt, pepper, basil and herbes de provence to taste.
Step 4
Cook the pasta (spaghetti or other) to your liking.
Step 5
As soon as it is ready, drain and serve in a bowl. Serve the sauce next to it, with a little basil on top if you have it.
Author's note
You can replace fresh tomatoes with whole, crushed or canned pureed tomatoes (especially no tomato paste). You will then add a teaspoon of powdered sugar to remove the acidity.
