Cooking time: 10 min
Step 1
Cook the potatoes in their field robes (e. g. 10 minutes in the microwave in a dish covered with a plate).
Step 2
Cut the onions, tomatoes and potatoes (cooked) into rings.
Step 3
In a gratin dish, make a "carpet" with the onions, set aside a few of them separately.
Step 4
On onions, alternate tomato rings and potatoes (be creative: round, diagonal,...). Spread the remaining onions over them.
Step 5
Salt, pepper, sprinkle with oregano/basil/thym. And pour a dash of olive oil over the preparation.
Step 6
You can spread a few slices of mozzarella to make it gratin.
Step 7
Place the dish in a preheated oven at 220°C for 15 minutes.
