1 pack of coloured pasta (shells), for example

6 slices of Serano raw ham, thinly sliced

1 slice of mimolette

3 firm tomatoes

Basil

Olive oil

Mustard,

Balsamic vinegar (important for taste)

Cooking time: 8 min
Step 1
Cook the pasta "al dente" and rinse it with fresh water.
Step 2
Cut the mimolette into cubes and the ham into thick strips.
Step 3
Make a "light" sauce with a tablespoon of mustard, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
Step 4
Mix the sauce well with the pasta and cheese.
Step 5
Add the ham and barely turn.
Step 6
Arrange the tomatoes cut in 4 and the basil on top before serving and for decoration.
