Shrimp and cherry tomato quiche

Shrimp and cherry tomato quiche :

1 shortcrust pastry

4 eggs

2 tablespoons of fresh cream

10 cherry tomatoes

20 frozen shrimps and prawns

1 scoop of mozzarella cheese



Preparation: 10 min
Cooking time: 30 min
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
Step 2
Beat the eggs into an omelette, add the crème fraîche, mix and salt.
Step 3
Place the shortcrust pastry in a buttered dish.
Step 4
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and arrange them evenly in the bottom of the dish.
Step 5
Cut the mozzarella into small pieces and insert them between the tomatoes.
Step 6
Sprinkle the dish with thawed shrimp, sprinkle with basil and pour in the egg and cream mixture.
Step 7
Bake in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
Step 8
Serve with a green salad.
Author's note
You can replace mozzarella with feta cheese and/or basil with tarragon.
