50 g Parmesan cheese

3 zucchini

2 eggs

Basil (4 tablespoons)

1 pinch of nutmeg

Step 1
Grate the courgettes. Brown them in butter. Remove from heat and add ricotta cheese, eggs, parmesan cheese, basil and nutmeg. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
In a pie pan, place the brig sheets one on top of the other. Cover with the preparation. Cook 25 min.
