15 servings of processed cheese (laughing cow type)

10 sheets of brick

Chives

2 pinches of basil

1 drizzle of olive oil

Vegetable oil

Cooking time: 5 min
Step 1
1- Prepare the stuffing: crush and mix the processed cheese with the olive oil drizzle.
Step 2
2- Stir in the previously cut chives.
Step 3
3- Add the basil.
Step 4
4- Cut the brick sheets in half.
Step 5
5- Fold the brick leaves in a triangle with the stuffing.
Step 6
6- Heat oil in a frying pan.
Step 7
7- Brown the bricks (2 to 3 min).
Step 8
8- Place them on absorbent paper.

These bricks can be served as appetizers or as a side dish with a salad.
