2 chicken legs

2 potatoes

1 tomato

2 carrots

Cooking time: 30 min
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C (thermostat 6-7).
Step 2
Prepare 2 squares of aluminum foil or parchment paper.
Step 3
Peel and cut the potatoes into small cubes. Cut the tomato into quarters. Peel and cut the carrot into thin slices.
Step 4
Spread the vegetable mixture in the centre of each aluminum square. Season with salt, pepper and basil.
Step 5
Cover with a chicken leg. Season with salt, pepper and basil.
Step 6
Close the papillotes tightly. Place them in an ovenproof dish. Cover half of the papillotes with warm water.
Step 7
Put in the oven for 30 minutes.
