1 good handful of spaghetti

250 g fresh cherry tomatoes

1 clove of garlic

1 handful of chopped basil

3 tablespoons of olive oil

Pepper

Cooking time: 12 min
Step 1
In a high edge frying pan, place half of the cherry tomatoes cut in half.
Step 2
Add the uncooked pasta, breaking it in half if necessary. Add the remaining tomatoes cut in half, chopped basil, chopped garlic, 3 tablespoons of olive oil and a glass of water.
Step 3
Cover and cook over low heat for 12 minutes, stirring often to prevent stickiness.
