500 g of peeled shrimp

2 tablespoons red curry paste (very strong, yellow curry for stomachs and fragile palates)

1 onion

Fish (for seasoning)

1 l coconut milk

4 small peppers (optional)

5 basil leaves

3 combava leaves = small limes)

Preparation 
TOTAL TIME: 35 MIN
Preparation: 10 min
Cooking time: 25 min
Step 1
Quickly sear the shrimp in hot oil.
Step 2
Add 1 finely chopped onion. Store in a warm place.
Step 3
Bring the coconut milk to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Add the peppers, basil and makrut. Simmer for 15 minutes and season with fish sauce, then add the shrimp.
Step 5
Serve hot with flavoured rice.
Author's note
Replace beef with shrimp, pork, chicken or duck.
