4 eggs

8 tablespoons thick tomato sauce

35 g butter

12 basil leaves

1/2 teaspoon Espelette chilli pepper

Pepper

Salt

Cooking time: 10 min
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 150°C (thermostat 5).
Step 2
Season the tomato sauce with pepper, salt and pepper and divide it into 4 ramekins.
Step 3
Gently break 1 egg into each ramekin and place in a water bath.
Step 4
Place the water bath in the oven and cook for 10 minutes, making sure that the water does not penetrate into the ramekins.
Step 5
Remove the ramekins from the oven, sprinkle them with chopped basil and enjoy.
