6 ripe tomatoes

1 cucumber

1 red pepper

1 yellow pepper

2 onions

1 clove of garlic

3 lemons (or more, depending on taste)

6 tablespoons of vinegar

Olive oil (1/2 glass)

Basil

Powdered chilli pepper

Pepper and salt

1 glass of water

Ice cubes (optional)

Step 1
Wash the vegetables and remove the skin from the cucumber, remove the seeds from the peppers.
Step 2
Mix all the ingredients in one or more times (depending on the capacity of your blender), taking care to puree the garlic and onion.
Step 3
Add water if the mixture is too thick, oil, vinegar, lemon juice and basil and season.
Step 4
Mix well and put in the fridge for at least one hour, with or without ice cubes.
Step 5
For a pulp-free preparation, once the recipe has been made, pour the preparation through a colander before chilling.
