Crumb bread 12 slices

Semi-salted butter

1 tomato

1 fresh goat cheese

Ham 3 slices

Gruyère 1 bag

Thick cream 2 tablespoons

Basil



Preparation

Preparation: 15 min
Cooking time: 10 min
Step 1
Butter the 12 slices of sandwich bread on one side only.
Step 2
Take 6 slices of sandwich bread and place a slice of tomato on top.
Step 3
Mix the fresh cream and fresh goat cheese, salt and add basil.
Step 4
Place the mixture on the tomato slice.
Step 5
Add the half slice of ham to the cream/goat mixture.
Step 6
Add a small pinch of Swiss cheese to the half slice of ham.
Step 7
Place the remaining slices of sandwich bread on top of the bite so that the butter can be browned in the oven.
Step 8
Put the croques-monsieur in the oven for about 10 minutes (200°C).
Step 9
Caution: watch regularly and remove once the toasted toasted toast.
